Praise Dubya and Pass the Donuts

Funny observation from Rob at Dime Store Guru:

"Praise Dubya & Pass the Donuts.

You've seen the studies noting that, the more often you attend church, the more likely you are to vote for Bush. If you're a Bush man or woman, you probably mused with satifsfaction, "That just proves he's God's man."

Here's an interesting P.S. The more religious a person is, the fatter they are.

So how precisely do we know whether a particular behavior of religious people is a healthy one or something reflecting a more negative tendency?

I'll let my "The President is above all reproach" friends on this board chew on that one for a while. Think through a good rationalization for why religious people are both, uh, curvier, and more pro-Bush than the rest of the nation, then I'll offer some more details."
